Microgaming has been given the green light to develop a new Jurassic World online pokie after signing a new licensing agreement with Universal Brand Development. This will be the second instalment in a series of epic dinosaur/movie themed pokies from Microgaming, the first of which arrived in casinos in August 2014.
The Jurassic Park online pokie from Microgaming was so successful that it helped Microgaming win the Digital Product of the Year at the Global Gaming Awards 2015 – an event which took place on the 28th September 2015 at the Venetian Palazzo Congress Center, Las Vegas. Speaking at the time was the Microgaming CEO, Roger Raatgever.
He said, “We are so proud to win not one but two awards at this highly prestigious and credible award ceremony! Jurassic Park™ is an incredible game and the fact that the experience is just as impressive on mobile as it is online really does blow people away.” These comments came from the official Microgaming press desk.
We expect that the new Jurassic World online pokie will have 5 reels and multiple paylines or multiple win ways, just like the first instalment which has 5 reels and 243 ways to win per spin. This new game should arrive towards the second half of 2016 (quite possibly around August) and when it is released it will no doubt arrive on Microgaming’s instant Flash and Quickfire platforms, as well as on mobile and also across Microgaming’s downloadable casino platform (known as Viper).
If you can’t wait this long for the new Jurassic World pokie to arrive, you may want to check out some of Microgaming’s other most famous branded pokies. In no particular order, these games include titles such as Battlestar Galactica, Tomb Raider (1 and 2), Hellboy, Hitman, Playboy, Bridesmaids, Terminator 2, The Dark Knight, The Dark Knight Rises and both of the Game of Thrones pokies (one version has 5 reels and 15 paylines and the other has 5 reels and 243 ways to win per spin).
If you live in Australia and fancy trying out these games either in the real money mode or in the free play demo mode, head over to any of our most highly recommended Australian online casinos today, all of which are powered entirely by downloadable and non-downloadable Microgaming software.
Our top-rated Microgaming casinos include Jackpot City Casino, Platinum Play Casino, Ruby Fortune Casino and Spin Palace Casino. These eCOGRA certified online casinos are all free to sign up to, they all accept Australian dollars & numerous Australian online payment methods and they are all fully licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority.
